I think he is no 1 doctor. I have consulted many places for my eye problem every best eye specialist said there will be operation but he said after adding my medicine it will be right and it is right.Thank you doctor very much

Just had a horrible experience with this clinic. I visited to book an appointment for my son’s eye check for tomorrow. There was an illiterate lady who first denied booking the appointment and asked me to do it over the phone at 08:30 AM the next day. When one of her colleagues suggested she book it, she rudely replied that “these people will get used to it.” What does this mean? She was referring to me as “these people” as if I am some beggar. This is the worst experience I have encountered in the city. Dr. Vivek has hired unqualified staff to save money, but it is costing him his reputation, if he has any left. I am never going to this place again and will advise my friends and family to avoid it as well.

I visited several times with father, uncle, aunt, grandfather and friend. But he always do the tests and only suggests operation from different places. He has never done any operation, and excuses are always ready for not doing so. Staff is so supportive, they never listen you. Morning timing is of 7-7.30 but doctor never comes before 8 am. And if you are the only patient(who already paid the fees) then instead of checking, they will irritate you by not doing anything. They will use harsh language and will force you for rescheduling the appointment. Paytm is acceptable but staff will say that paytm is not acceptable and if you will force for paytm, they will raise their pitch and ultimately you have to go to doctor and ask for paytm.

The doctor treats patients well but the staff is not good. It takes a lot of time. The time tells something else but the number comes late Staff behaviour not good

Staff misbehaved as I’m kidney transplant patient requested for consultation but they misbehaved that doctor doesn’t have time.

I think he is the best doctor in saharanpur for eyes.A very experienced and humble doctor.He is a blessing for the people of saharanpur.
