Well this review is edited again to bring out the blunt lie by hospital staff. The attached screenshots clearly bring out the question on integrity and honesty of hospital so finding it difficult to trust. This hospital/ nursing home has been Blacklisted by all insurance companies. You all can Google and check the list online But, Have you ever wondered why? Let me try to shed some light on the matter. Firstly, you will be made to wait for an excessively long time, and reaching out to the doctor will be made so difficult that meeting them feels like a privilege. You'll find yourself under such pressure that escaping it seems impossible. In my case, the pregnancy was progressing well until, a week before the due date, the doctor unexpectedly recommended a cesarean section despite it being a normal pregnancy. Moreover, the doctor instructed not to seek help at night, claiming they would not open the hospital. This left us in a terrible dilemma, worrying excessively about our family and feeling coerced into agreeing to the cesarean section. Despite it being early winter and not using the air conditioning, we were placed in an AC room and charged exorbitantly. The biggest mistake we made was placing our trust in the doctor, who exploited it egregiously. Years have passed, yet I still find myself cursing her and hoping she experiences a situation where she's emotionally blackmailed and her trust is violated, only then might she and her team understand. I'm relieved that insurance agencies have blacklisted her. Remember, do not compromise your family's health by blindly trusting someone. This doctor might deserve many things, but not your trust. Always get a second opinion on your medical reports. You can sense my anguish as I write this. Although it's been years, I'm still struggling to move past this experience. Hence, I felt compelled to share my story, hoping it might serve as a cautionary tale for others. My trust was breached, but perhaps my experience can prevent the same from happening to you. Remember all the 5 star ratings given above are the one which has been told forcefully by the staff to write. Dont go by them. The patients write them under pressure. Regards A common citizen who had many options to choose other doctors but choose here because of trust and the same was breached.

I got really very good hospitality in the nursing home during my wife delivery.The staff is very well-behaved, helpful and caring.They really took care of my wife and my Princess and top most Dr. Seema Aggarwal is really a very good and experienced Doctor. Cleaning and housekeeping is very good . Rooms are properly cleaned . Grateful to all of you..🙏

In few words I must complete out!!! It's the best !!! Doctor herself is very experienced , hardworking and to the point !!! Regarding the staff it's immensely experienced , qualified , on toes and most importantly very cooperative and helpful !!! The place is neat nad clean , hygienically I will rate 10/10. For best experience u must visit and yourself decides!!! My babies born in the same hospital!!! I totality I will rate 9.5/10 as their is always a room for improvement and management is continuously improving day by day !!!

Smriti Nursing Home is one of the best in the city. Doctor Seema is very experienced, knowledgeable and give emphasis to normal delivery. Sister Sangeeta and Neelam were extremely patient and co-operative during my delivery. All the staff members were extremely helpful and took wonderful care of me.

Dr Seema Agarwal is gynaecologist & obs , she is highly experienced, competent & professional doctor. The nursing staff is highly professional, competent & caring. We had a great experience. We have visited Smriti Nursing Home and found the timings of the nursing home very convenient. Besides that the attention to the patient, courtesy of the staff, cleanliness, facilities of a lab under one roof, approach to the clinic and ample of space has left a good impact on us. You just take an appointment and be there and there is no waiting. Overall we've had a good experience!
