Lenskart's glasses and services are satisfactory, but a representative working at Kapurthala Lucknow showroom tells that good glasses cases are provided only for expensive brands like John Jacob, whereas I always got Vincent Chase's normal corridor made and earlier better cases were provided for it. The length of the cotton used to clean glasses has also been reduced by half. Both these things are disappointing.
