The day before yesterday I Visited the Store. The Staff is Friendly &Nice ,Very Professional & extremely helpful & all safety precautions are done at the store the stock is lovely , neat & tidy. I highly recommend this place. Great Customer service is the backbone of any service group and indeed it's All ticks to this Fantastic Store at Shahjahanpur. Mr. Sachin Pandey did the test so well & explained everything so nicely.... Extremely happy & satisfied.Siddhant Kumar & The Other Staff I Met at the counter are very patient & Good at their Job. I visited this store to get eyeglasses for my daughter. The staff (especially Mr Sachin pandey and Faisal ali ) was very helpful in giving feedback and helping her find frames that fit her well. The optician who checks the power was also very helpful . I also liked that they explained all the available offers and did not try to push make us buy what was profitable for them.
