Titan Eye+ at Civil Line, Sultanpur

Wrost experience at Titan eye plus Sultanpur. Staff is rude . They don't know how to talk with customer. Being a IHCL tata employee m expecting better service .but they don't have customer curstosy . I was visited at 3 of May of this month along with my mother . after I check up . I ask for tata employee discount. But same time that eye check person denied for the discount. I request serval time after 20 minutes he is ready to pass discount. Same time another customer came for watch service. But associate with out any service straight forward denied. They don't know how to treat with the customer.

It's been a great experience for buying specs for my mother.I would personally like to appreciate Dr.Shubham Maurya for dealing us in a decent and polite way.My mother said we will visit again there beacuse of only him as she liked his way of talking.Thanks to Titan Plus Sultanpur for having such a Gentleman in your family.Special Thanks to Dr.Shubham.

Nice shop

Nice to visit the shop , had complete eye test and was shown various styles of power spec and different benefits were told in detail . Ordered power sunglass and was told spcl benefits of contact lenses .Also ordered small box of eye lenses . Too happy with the dealing of the staff Shubham 😊
