A Grateful Son’s Note of Thanks I am Dr. Animesh Prakash, son of Mrs. Shashi Pandey, a resident of Sarnath, Varanasi. I wish to share a deeply personal and emotional journey that our family recently went through. In January 2024, my mother lost her vision due to complications during a cataract surgery. It was a painful and challenging time for all of us, as we saw her struggle with the loss of one of life’s most vital senses. During this period, we were fortunate to meet Dr. Abhishek Chandra, who guided us with compassion and expertise. He informed us that a cornea transplant was the only way to restore her vision. Thanks to his support and skill, the transplant was successfully performed on March 27, 2025. To our immense joy, within just twenty days, my mother regained her vision and is now able to see the world clearly once again. No words can truly express the depth of our gratitude — To Dr. Abhishek Chandra, who gave my mother not only her sight back but also her confidence and independence, And to the selfless donor, whose gift of life made this miracle possible. As a son, and most importantly as a human being, I have come to believe that doctors truly are second to God. I have witnessed that divine grace through this journey. One days earlier operation of motiyabind was done of my father in law's and the result was positive and they fell better now. All the facilities were too good..their staff behaviour was quite good and all the medical equipment/machine was modern so I recommend other also to visit this hospital for eye related problems
