* helpful staff . *soothing ambience . *eyewear available according to budget (Vincent chase , John jackob). *lenses are slightly expensive. *in store free eye test available. Overall experience was good.

Having done an online appointment i had to wait an hour coz apparently the store here doesn't follow that and simply made excuses that everyone is busy. The eyecheckup didn't follow all the 12 steps. Staff presence made no sense, coz they hardly helped, cancelled the order coz the same costed ₹1200 lesser online. One of my worst experiences at a lenskart store. The kind of reputation this name has, this store is simply making a blot on that reputation. If applicable, would have given zero or minus stars

Store manager does not have time to attend .. at 8:50 he was counting cash .. as there was nobody to attend for frames i asked him for help . But he continued with the same .. despite i asked him repetitive

Waiting from 1 hr just for eye checkup, even though the appointment was done and the time exceeds more than 1 hr. They are making excuses like customers are here, staff are absent even though here seems to be sufficient staff and all.
