Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Gulab Bagh Sigra, Varanasi

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Lenskart Varanasi sigra branch. I visited Lenskart on 28th March to order two pairs of spectacles. When I placed the order, I was assured that my spectacles will arrive together at the same day, but it wasn’t the story i had to visit their branch twice day after another, the staff was completely unhelpful when I tried to follow up. They were unclear with their responses and seemed uninterested in clarifying any queries I had. Every time I asked a question, they would leave me waiting while attending to other customers. It was extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. It’s clear that they need proper training in how to handle customer inquiries. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will definitely not be returning to this store. I will recommend people to visit some other branch instead of this.

No proper electricity system is here . I hate it they said wait until light come. Staff is also not supportive. they said “linght aane ka wait kro nhi to jao “

Mr. Pawnesh mishra at the store was fantastic.... Even during power outage he helped us take decision and ensured our overall experience of buying new Google and glasses for my daughter. My experience with this store was quite disappointing. I visited the store this month, and after my checkup, I was given a prescription under someone else's name. When I requested a correction, they asked me to visit the store again and place a new order. Moreover, some store staff try to convince customers to leave positive reviews, which isn't appropriate. I request everyone to provide a review only after receiving the complete service. Also, please make sure to carefully check your bill and prescription.
