Branded Options, Good Salesman Behaviour, and after sales service. But they charge 200 for eye test and take 2-3 days to make your powered glasses. Overall it was a nice experience.

Phenomenal. They called us right away when we reached out to them, glasses done in an hour. Would have took us a week and probably $350 in US, got it for $54. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Chand Chasma Wale, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I went in for an eye check-up, and they completely got my prescription wrong. When I questioned them about it, they couldn’t offer any proper explanation. Instead, they started pressuring me to buy glasses from their shop, making constant negative comments about other brands, especially Lenskart. They claimed that Lenskart glasses were of poor quality and that I was "making a fool of myself" for buying from them. The irony is, I actually bought my glasses from Lenskart, and I can honestly say they’re cheap and of great quality. But when I told them that, they got even ruder, accusing me of not understanding anything about glasses. Their attitude turned completely hostile when I refused to buy from them. They were unprofessional and extremely rude, making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you're looking for proper customer service and professionalism, do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. I will never return to Chand Chasma Wale again.
