Please bring the patient with you for registration it will hardly take 5 minutes to register here. 2. After this they will discuss with the patient about their history, their recent condition, family history, any other health problems. (they will mention it in their records) Discussion after a basic eye exam 3. They will send the report to the doctor. Then the doctor will examine you and treat you accordingly. 🥰 Personally I like the way the staff dress 👩🏼 ⚕️🏥 What I didn't like is that we have to wait a lot ☹️

Worst hospital as this hospital looted the customer hard earning money they charged in every way what they want. My overall experience in this hospital is worse. So i request that kindly take treatment privately with the doctor but don't admit your patients in this hospital as they looted your money

My name is Aditya. I am a diabetic patient. I have been to so many hospitals but I was not getting any relief in sugar problem. Then my relative suggests me of Brijesh health care and research center hospital. I came here and now I can say that my sugar is in control and I am feeling very active. Staff was very well behaved. Overall experience was good.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a technician at the pathology lab of this hospital. It pains me to say that this guy displayed a complete lack of empathy and proper communication skills when dealing with patients. During my visit, I witnessed this technician yelling at patients who were already under immense stress and anxiety due to their loved ones' health issues. It was disheartening to see someone in a healthcare profession behaving in such an inconsiderate manner. It is evident that there is a struct need for training, especially in customer service, for the staff in this lab. They should understand that they are providing a service paid for by patients and their families, not just performing tasks for their own benefit. Basic etiquette and compassion should be fundamental components of their interactions with patients. I wholeheartedly urge the hospital organization to address this issue promptly by providing training and guidance to improve the behavior and communication skills of their staff. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect and understanding during what is already a difficult time. I am myself a healthcare professional and , it is particularly disheartening to witness a fellow healthcare worker lacking empathy and proper communication skills. We, of all people, understand the importance of compassion and understanding when dealing with patients and their families during challenging times. People like him are such a shame to healthcare facilities.

We bring our father in brij health care hospital in a very critical condition and there was a very little chance of his recovery from a kidney disease. My mother had viral and she was vomitting after evry 30 mins. I admitted her in BHRC. The staff was so polite and kind. They always greet us with radhe radhe. Now my mother is fine and vry active. Very good hospital. Thanks BHRC
