“My experience at Janki Eye Clinic was generally good—the doctor and medical staff were professional and provided excellent care. However, the receptionist, lady 👩‍💼 , seriously needs training on how to speak to patients. Her attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. A receptionist is the first point of contact, and rudeness creates a negative impression of the entire clinic. I strongly suggest management addresses this issue to maintain the clinic’s reputation. Other than that, the clinic’s services were satisfactory.”

Waste of time I had to make three rounds to get the eye drops but still couldn't get them because no one was there to give them to me.

The doctor is a total fraud.They charge you for procedures not even listed in their system and when you ask them to furnish the bill, they provide bill for some other procedure.
