I attended a free eye camp at ASG Eye Care in Dehradun and had a very good experience. The camp was well-organized, and they used modern machines to check my eyes thoroughly. The doctors were very polite, helpful, and explained everything about my eye health in simple words. I am happy with the care and attention I received during the check-up. ASG Eye Care provides excellent services and is a great place for eye care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye treatment.

I’m writing this review to raise awareness and express serious concern regarding the clinical practices of Dr. Sangita Jain, a retina specialist. I underwent routine glasses removal surgery at this hospital and, shortly after my vision reduced. I was told to have developed a retinal condition requiring an intravitreal injection. Without clear explanation or diagnostic support, Dr. Sangita administered the injection. To seek reassurance, I consulted two other independent retina specialists. Both reviewed my case thoroughly and confirmed there was no indication for an injection at all. And now my vision is permanently affected in one eye. This incident is not just about a questionable clinical decision—it’s about a breach of trust. It’s deeply concerning that such a step was taken without clear justification or second-line confirmation.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. During a recent visit with my daughter, the staff and doctor insisted on an eye scan without properly explaining the procedure. Despite repeatedly asking for details, they withheld information until the very last moment. Only after they had already put anaesthetic eye drops in my daughter’s eyes did they finally explain what was going to happen. As a parent, I found this completely unacceptable. Transparency and informed consent are basic expectations in healthcare, especially when it comes to children. The lack of communication and disregard for our concerns made the entire experience stressful and upsetting. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication and respect from medical professionals.

I had a disappointing experience at ASG Eye Care. They don’t seem to have a proper numbering system for patients. Even if you arrive on time, your number can be misplaced, and I noticed that people with personal connections are given priority over those who arrived earlier. This lack of organization and fairness is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to ensure that all patients are treated equally and with respect. I will not recommend this hospital.

All the staff and service is very good including the doctor. Everyone is very helpful. We had a great time coming here and will tell other people also to take advantage of this place.

I took my treatment from Dr. Sangeeta ji. First, an injection was given for my problem, on which one injection was free, when the same problem occurred again, she refused to give the injection, which was beyond my understanding. There is more focus on the injection, I felt so because I did not have any problem in my left eye, but she gave it saying that it will put more strain on the right eye, and when the same injection was to be given for free, she asked for surgery. The injection too was worth Rs. 88,000 and she gave it saying that one injection is free in it. My problem is still the same even after giving Rs. 1,80,000.
