Worst eyeglasses maker/provider ever specially the kiosk in the eye clinic hospital near Yamuna nagar(Dehradun) .The staff is highly incompetent and professionalism is very low ,have gotten two glasses made for my father and mother for approx 15 K both are non functional .Not a trustworthy brand at all ,Would have given more worst rating than this if possibly

I am giving them 1 star is also enough for them they need 0 zero because they do not have any knowledge infact I have more knowledge about eye and glasses lens only they want to make money and making fool of customer and I think didn't pass 10th class also no knowledge and forcing customer to make glasses . After that I visit lenskart the service 5 star the knowledge 5 star and Every thing 5 star the quality and they also replacement of everything

Ben franklin store at the eye clinic is very pathetic. I got my reading glass made and started facing problems with the frames the very next day. After complaining all they could do is make silly excuses. After sales service is just not there.

Worst experience ever : do not visit Very expensive they are forcing you to purchase specs even if it is not that much worth it. Do not visit ben franklin they will force you to purchase

Pathathic service by Ms Manisha pankaj kumar she is a sales girl at there ,but zero knowledge of lens She is just making fool to customer Never visit again

So much expensive and quility is normal
