Had the pleasure to visit Dr. Smriti Jain recently. She was recommended to me by another reputed ophthalmologist in Dehradun. She thoroughly investigated my problem, listened to all my concerns, and provided correct diagnosis using her vast experience. The centre is equipped with the latest equipment, the staff was friendly, and the appointment was scheduled on time.

This surgeon is very bad. She talks nicely with the patients until the surgery is done, but during the surgery, she charged 40,000 and doesn’t even listen to the problems afterwards. She speaks very rudely. At least, she should listen to the issues.The worst doctor I had never seen in my life …..

Pathetic person who so ever attended my call .. My daughter is having severe pain and itching in her eyes and crying on asking for doctor’s number she rudely said no and told doctor has told not to share her number as she won’t take any emergency call also during lunch .. So she said if u wanna come then the time is 5:30 not before that not even if it’s an emergency.. Highly a big no for such a doctor who has nothing and no measure for an emergency no matter how much a person is suffering …
