Terrible experience at this store, highly incompetent staff, the lady taking the eye test skipped the general procedure stating its too long and continued with a shorter procedure that barely lasted a minute or two and claiming she has the experience of 4 years ....still the conclusion made by her about the power was wrong... i told her that my power is not this, still she insisted arrogantly. Another issue these people are mad about membership, persuade everyone to take it still dont instruct the customer about the pros and cons of it. I ordered a sunglass had to exchange it with another one within a single day ....and they themselves were confused about how the exchange will take place ..eventually i had to return both the specs and the sunglasses ....only to find out that my membership is not refundable ....the least they could have done was to inform about it earlier. Definitely i dont recommend buying from this store particularly ....
The lenses was suitable looking great we got many compliment , non irritable and clear in vision, I got good price even less thn the local products because of gold membership, Thanku Lenskart ❤️
