WARNING *STAY AWAY* Went to buy glasses for my wife, as she lost her glasses since last 3 days and was struggling a lot. They suggested buying their most esteemed loyalty program, GOLD MAX PRO for us to get next day delivery and another glasses for free. So i paid INR 840 and ordered Glasses for me and my wife. Next morning I see on the app that both Glasses are coming with my prescription. I called the call centre at 11AM, they apologised and mentioned that the person who handled our order in the store will come at 12 and will call me. Since no one called, I called the call centre again and even though they realize their own mistake, they said they will have to wait for the wrong order to arrive from gurugram to Dehradun, only then they can initiate replacement request. The person from store calls and tells me, i don't know how this error happened and they will inform me as soon as the glass comes. After buying their most prestigious loyalty membership, after logging in the app, my profile doesn't show that i am a member, it still suggests me to buy their basic membership, although I can see the purchase of GOLD MAX PRO in my invoice and when I click on benefits, it doesn't say next day delivery and neither it shows the benefit of replacing the lenses for free within 2 years. It can be a technical error, but for me as a customer, it is more like a scam, where they say/promise things to sell membership and once bought it comes only with issues and no benefits. I visited the store to explain that we came to store to buy glasses for my wife and they made an error to the same, to which they now say that it will take 2 more days, when I said I have benefit of next day delivery, they looked blank and had more excuses like courier company has an holiday. Overall, after buying their prestigious member, instead of benefits I only suffered and my profile in their app even doesn't show that I am a member and the senior people at store had nothing much to resolve this. So looks like the owner of company should see the ground reality of his business and UPDATED ON 1ST APRIL After they re-ordered my wife's glasses, it was supposed to come on 1st April, I started chasing since morning and they kept saying that we have put it on priority. To my surprise, at 2 PM, the status in the app updated that it will now be delivered on 4th April. The store manager and even the area manager fails to explain the reason. Another joke is, their app shows that if I order the same thing again today, they will deliver next day, which is 2nd April, but they can't deliver the order from 29th March till 4th April. It is highly automated system and they fail to understand what is causing this sudden delay of 3 days. *MEMBERSHIP SCAM* Even if I bought Gold Max Pro, the app doesn't show the same. And still gives me 5% cashback of GOLD Max membership. Now they are giving me refund, which generally comes back in 24 hours, let see how their system behaves this time. Will keep you updated.

First of all, the behaviour of the staff is very nice. They gave ample amount of time to customer just to know that what customer actually wants. If we talk about the stores, store have various kind of latest spectacles which really cater the needs of modern world. Thank you lenskart😃👍

Recently, I visited the store again to get BlueCut glasses for screen protection, and the experience was just as good as before! Worst staff ever... we've came here for the lense changing process and they think we all do nothing and have no other work but to sit here... the person (man) on the counter is always on his phone and not responding when we asked how long is it going to take... some of them are good but this was my worst experience ever. Must value other person's time... or just inform how much time they want.
