Hello, so i had very bad experience yesterday and came home with dissatisfaction. Yesterday evening i went along with my sister to Lenskart which opened in my locality to give it a try. Then moment when i entered nobody’s there to assist I literally has to call out staff to assist me. Then Adarsh Bisht who’s working there came to assist us and showed us the best pieces my sister selected one piece for her and Adarsh further told us if you buy this you will get another for free as a offer then i got ahead selected another pair for my self and later he told us if you buy 3rd pair then you will get 60 percent discount and with that impression me and my sister selected 3rd pieces along with 2 glass cleaner and with membership of Lenskart as well. After the purchase first they didn’t provide us the bill besides that he told me you will receive the bill online which I didn’t received and secondly when I downloaded the app there i got know that i have paid for the whole 3 pair along with glasses which means that I didn’t receive buy one get one offer. Today itself my sister went to the store and told them about the whole situation but the whole boy staff along with Adarsh didn’t came out with the solution and at last they ended up saying sorry to us. I suggest to everyone please don’t visit the store cause they don’t provide you with the whole information and if you going to ask them they say it’s mentioned on the bill and the all the staff is new, secondly this was my first and last experience with Lenskart along with it’s team which is located in New Cantonment Road, Dehradun further on i suggest to people rather than buying from Lenskart you may please buy it from other places cause their billing system is way to hell.

Overall experience was very good. Recptionist and service staff were very humble. I knows all the specs brand but I wore lenakart frame just because of service and internal satisfaction of mine. Whenever you go there u don’t feel uncomfertable because staff is very cooperative. I love lenskart just because of hospitality and service.
