Lenskart.com at Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun

What I loved in this store was that it's was managed by females staff . The manager is cooperative to clients . Staff was fine with display and selections of stuff . Opticians too was fine to understand the required specification according to the eye sight . Variety is oky as the only lenskart brands available. Their finishing is good no doubt. Offer looks good buy 1 get 1 free but nothing is free in this world . So be sensible when you buy . There is tremendous margins in optics 😃. So is the cost to run a brand .

Lenskart only sends sales messages not service which help to client .i have taken warranty from lenskart and got expired in March however not received any msg for the same also insurance taken on product not described proper. Never buy insurance in any product from lenskart and quality also needs to be improved.

I Had a great experience at the Sahastradhara road lenskart store. The staff Jigyasha was very polite and helpful in choosing the correct sunglasses design.keep it up

I visited two times in this store for my glasses alignment first time they did but correctly in second time they broke my glasses worst experience ever inexperienced staff is here... And like it's fun for her...

Previously I have had an amazing experience here, which was till last year. Beautiful frames and service. But ever since the staff changed and a new female manager took charge, we've been confused at every step. The employees there are kind but the manager is very confusing. The worst part being the rating thing. Who rates themselves on their own by taking the customer's phone? I didn't even get a chance to do the rating myself. She just took the phone and submitted a high rating. Plus, they almost charged me with an order having the cleaners added automatically. I did not ask to buy a cleaner, and neither did they mention that it is included. It's better if I just sit at home and order by myself. It'll save money + no frequent visits to get my wrong frame exchanged. Extremely disappointed. Edit : The stars are for the employees because they are kind and considerate.
