Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Pacific Mall, Dehradun

I visited the lenskart store today @pacificmalldehradun with my family and wanted to purchase three items. And the staff told me about Buy1 get1 offer plan. Afterthat when I finalised everything then staff told me that you have to take the membership of lenskart that is mendatory. Without taking the membership you can't avail that offer. But earlier no-one mentioned about that membership plan. And if Pacific mall, Dehradun and Lenskart Management is already aware about that policy then please brief your all stores to tell the plan to all customers before entering the store instead of entertaining of eye test like things. Very Disoppointing with Lenskart such a well known brand. Thanks

Very good experience , the staff was very good . They helped me out in frame selection . And i not at all felt like i was in the grey zone. Everything was well put out in front of me , with convenience and in detail. Amazing experience , do visit PACIFIC MALL's LENSKART store.

Good store and staff. However, there was absolutely no communication from the store about the order. I had to follow up to get any kind of update. I hope they improve their processes going forward.

The worst experience ever. We selected sunglasses and they told us to select another set of glasses so it's a discount deal, then when we chose another, they told us the sunglasses were double the price of what they had told us initially. Then when we paid for the sunglasses , they told us they didn't have the piece which they were supposed to sell us and it'll be available after two days. Thankfully we managed to get a refund. But so much of time was wasted for a bunch of their lies and marketing gimmicks
