So far the experience has been good with the Doctor as well as staff. I went for Ortho consultation and satisfied with the explanation, medication and care I have received. Do call for an appointment before going if possible.

Despite confirming my doctor’s availability beforehand, I was made to wait for over an hour. Clearly, this hospital does not value patients’ time. Poor management and lack of respect for appointments. Disappointing experience.

I recently visited Shiv Chikitsalaya for my dgca class 2 eye checkup. Highly commendable job by the hospital staff and Dr. Tripti Mongia is very experienced. Would recommend to anyone seeking eye checkup.

Have visited this place many times... Especially for Dr. Indu Mongia... She attends patients very nicely and makes the whole process feel really homely, not only me but I have got here with many of my friends for their issues and not more than once was ever needed to come back.

Dr Aaditya Mongia , the orthopaedic surgeon at Shiv Chikitsalay is an excellent doctor , he communicates very patiently with the patients .He diagnosed my mother s hip pain and his advise was very beneficial for her.
