This is an excellent eye care hospital with state of art medical equipment with high standards of hospital hygiene. Dr.Mansi and her team are highly professional in surgical procedures. I got both my eyes operated for cataract last week and yesterday and it was flawless operation with excellent restored vision. Their OT is of excellent standards with a dedicated air sterilization plant. They are putting the lens sticker on the discharge form so that you know exactly which quality lens have been implanted in your eyes...Total honesty...Other eye care centers never do it...I know it with experience. Thanks to all ,especially Dr.Mansi

Not a single time gone by where in I have waited 5 hours to get my mother treated . Same story follows everytime , total mis management , new files were placed before old files . Not recommended for old patient.

What is wrong with the receptionist person ?? atleast once pick the call up!!!!! 3 days ago i have called 2 times no one picked on the 3try one madam...!!! picked and she was not even talking saying just hello... hello... and keeping her mouth shut. I was so frustrated I told her can you hear me please answer my question then she talked. Aj bhi i called 3-4 times no one picked. Jb phone ring krr raha hai they are switching it off. Sir or madam please kisi responsible person ko wahan pr rehne ke liye hire kijiye jisko baat krni ati ho call pick krna atta ho. Thank youuuu!!!!

The place is full of internal politics, and rude staff. Go at your own risk. The staff behaviour is not acceptable. I took my father in law who has hearing problem. Still they were not allowing me to accompany her. Some staff are good, rest of them are rude and arrogant.

The best hospital for eye treatment I have found after taking treatment from all renowned eye hospitals like Shroff Eye Center, I Care, Centrr for Sight, Sharp Sight in NCR and Drishti Eye Hospital Dehradoon, these hospitals are commercial aiming to minting money from patients without compassion. Vivekanda Netralaya's is run by R K Mission and aims for serving community at very reasonable prices. Being a charitable hospital it has maintained highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All staff is compassionate and sympathetic to a very large no of patients visiting daily to the hospital. Dr Mansi is the best Glochoma Dr I have found she diagnosed gave me the best ever treatment I wish her best in life.

Very bad experience, I lost my 50% eyesight of left eye because of wrong eye drops instilled during my IOP check up on 18-10-2024. Very unskilled staff and poor management. Doctors also don't pay attention to the treatment being given by unskilled staff. Overall very bad eye hospital where one should go to spoil his eyes.
