Hi am sanjay.my order no is 323 on 11th dec 2016.I purchased IDEE frame with american opitacls lenses from himalaya opticals haldwani.while purchasing,they recommend me that frame and told me the durability, strenth and many other attractive things about the frame.but after 1 week of purchasing when i was gently removing my specs what i see, the handle of that specs is in my hand and the rest of specs on my face.I went to there to replace as it is Idee product and i couldn't use it even for 1 week.but they told me that it is all your mistake as it is broken.i hv never faced such irresponsible thing in my life as am wearing specs for 15 years.they didn't replace or even fixed it even requesting several times.i simply bear a loss of 4000rs.oh yes they helped me by saying SIR please repurchased any SASTA FRAME we will fit these lenses to in it.if i really want to purchased that sasta frame so why i came to ur shop, me kahi or se nahi purchased kar leta wo sasta frame.. disgusting.. I would never purchased any item from himalaya opticals and also recommend others not to buy from here...
