I visited Matrix hospital yesterday. I had just a little pain in my finger. Without showing it to the doctor he said that first you should get an x-ray done. My husband said that you should first consult the problem. When I went to the doctor and he checked me, he asked since when I have been having this problem. I told him about it, then he said that if the problem is there for a long time then get an x-ray done. The boy who was announcing the name took the prescription from the doctor and said that I asked him to be sent out but he refused. Did I get such an x-ray done without consulting the doctor? His behavior is so dirty that I would not recommend going to this hospital again. Very pathatic behavior....staff but doctor is good

I've been going to the hospital for the last seven or eight months, and the doctor is good and responsive. I have no complaints. But if you're planning for cashless claim from hospital, they are not supportive at all, even if you give them all the supporting documents. They won't assist you if you want to file an insurance cashless claim. The receptionist I spoke with had a personal narrative about why she couldn't back up her cashless claim. If you intend to be admitted or have surgery, I advise you to first review your insurance information.

We are pune based family and we had gone for a family vacation to Nainital where my son Anshuman fell down while playing and had Supracondylar Fracture in left hand. We visited Mattrix Hospital in Haldwani which is almost 2 hours from Nainital as such medical facilities were not available in Nanital. We got our son admitted to Mattrix Hospital under observation of Dr. Pradeep Pandey sir at almost 11 at night. We were scared as my son was just 5 years and we were in an unknown state. Still Doctor sir checked him calmly and suggested surgery the next day. Surgery was done in almost 10mins and Doctor Sir assured us that everything was fine. Later we visited our doctor in pune who examined the xray and told us that the surgery was done very accurately. The overall experience as well as all staff was very supportive, hospital was clean enough, billing and insurance process went smoothly. We thank the team for their help and support especially Dr. Pradeep Pandey Sir.

I thank Matrix Hospital from the bottom of my heart. I can never repay the favor of Matrix Hospital which they have done for my child. I will always be grateful to Dr. Pandey Sir and Dr. Malkani Sir. On one hand, Dr. Pandey Sir is a very knowledgeable doctor and very calm and efficient human.On the other hand, Dr Malkani Sir is a very good person and has a very helpful nature. In this hospital, Doctor Malkani Sir gave me all the courage and helped me a lot. No one has helped me so much in life and no one has given me so much courage. I can never forget Doctor Malkani Sir.Doctors can also be such good human beings, I realized this after seeing Dr. Malkani Sir. If such people are found in every medical field, then half the people will get healthy without medicine. Pushkar Bhaiya is a very good person in the medicine department too.words or express my gratitude enough. The medicine department and nursing staff here are very good. Bhainsoda Sir and Malkani Sir are very good human and helpful nature person. I felt at home in the hospital with Malkani Sir and Bhainsoda Sir.Meeting Dr. Pandey Sir increases positive thinking. Confidence increases. He is truly God in the form of a doctor. I and my family will remain grateful to this hospital for life. Malkani Sir, you will always remain in our hearts.

Hospital was maintained well, sanity was present, doctor's behaviour was good, doctor's fee was also affordable. Need improvement in staff section. Receptionist took a while to create doctor's receipt and same as the Pharma section... It was not a good experience because no one wants to go hospital 😅 and I definitely don't say you must visit once.... Stay healthy and prosperous..
