I got a chance to visit this eye hospital today with my mother. Dr Bhanu pangtey is knowledgeable and very friendly around his patients. His way of conversing and tackling the patients problem is very impressive. He doesn't just provide the immediate solution to the problem but also advices them regarding the future measures. I personally realised the patient feels very calm, frank ,and relaxed around him due to which they are able to communicate their problems easily. The staff is cooperative and well managed. They have water coolers available. Clean and maintained washrooms. Air conditioned waiting area. Nominal fee. Have parking space availabe. Inhouse medical store. Inhouse glasses store . 1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointed with Deteriorating Services I'm shocked and disappointed to witness the drastic decline in services at Shubhanu Hospital. My mother's eye surgery last year was a pleasant experience, with commendable hospitality, employee behavior, and hospital hygiene. However, my recent visit this year revealed a stark contrast. Employees seemed disinterested and behaved like those in government hospitals, prioritizing their personal connections over patient care. The hospital toilets were in an appalling state. The OPD counter system was inefficient, with an outdated wild card entry system. The overall experience was unprofessional and left much to be desired. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and restore the hospital's former standards.
