Despite being a charitable institution, it rivals leading private hospitals in quality. The facilities, including rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms, are clean, modern, and well-maintained. For appointments, arriving by 9 AM for registration is advisable to secure an early slot with doctors, who typically begin consultations around 10 AM. However, the hospital's canteen requires improvement. Currently a small kitchen, it needs expansion and a modern design to accommodate the hospital's footfall. Parking is available for 20–30 two-wheelers and a few cars. The hospital sees heavy crowds on Fridays due to the Retina specialist's visit, while other days are less busy. Visitors can reach the hospital via Bharat Mata Mandir (with some congested areas) or Shantikunj (a preferable route).

Had a great experience at Eyes & Dental Hospital. The staff was friendly, and both the eye and dental services were excellent. The professionals were skilled and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. The facility was clean, and the quick, efficient service was impressive. Overall, a positive and satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

Really a nice health care unit. Good facilities and very clean hospital. Everything is very systematic and doctors and staff behaviour is very polite and helpful. If you want treatments related to motiyabind and eyes...it is the best hospital..and charger are very very less. The treatment starting cost is just Rs. 20/-. Ayushmaan card is also accepted here.

Clean environment, helpful staff but the parking place is just meh

Hospital is good specialised in field of eye and dental procedures price are quite affordable and frequent free events are also organised monthly and staff is well trained and experinced and one of the oldest hospital in area had a inhouse parking place and medicine shop and specialised in eye related procedures.
