I purchased progressive lenses for my mother costing ₹12,800 and a frame worth ₹6,200. We also got the eye test done there, but it turned out to be inaccurate. The frame was loose too, and when we went back for tightening, they didn’t fix it properly. Later, we got the glasses checked at another Lenskart store and were told the nuts were damaged due to incorrect fitting. The frame was under warranty, but no one informed us. Now that the warranty has expired, we’re left with no options. So, glasses worth nearly ₹19,000 are completely wasted. This outlet should be shut down,employees have zero expertise
