I recently visited Netradham Eye Hospital under the care of Dr. Abhishek Goel but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the hospital is well-equipped and the facilities are decent, I faced significant issues with their cashless payment process. The staff seemed uncoordinated, and it took far longer than it should have to resolve the payment situation. Moreover, I found Dr. Goel’s attitude during the consultation to be somewhat dismissive. I didn’t feel that my concerns were addressed with the attention or empathy I expected, which made the experience even more frustrating. While the treatment may be adequate, the poor handling of the cashless payment process and the doctor's demeanor left me with a negative overall impression. I hope the hospital can improve its payment system and customer care moving forward.

I Had a great experience of Netrdhaam eye hospital, Here we got my mother operated sometime back and it was very good. spacially thanks to Dr goel sir. He gave us all the information related to eye surgery, Also good staff and excellent service
