Would give 0 star, If that's in option. Horrible service. Horrible quality of frames and lenses. I bought specs from there. But it broke after a month. I've bought frames 3 times one by one, but again it broke in a month or two. Their employees even argue and try to justify on that. And obviously the price of frames are really high. I would suggest.. DON'T GO THERE!!!

Shop is good and they have very varieties of frames and lenses. But they cost too much for them even that you can get the following lenses in same price from titan and get a full year warranty. There staff is some kind of attitudinal like they are boss and we are the baggers. I means how ridiculous

They could not get glasses fixed on the Newly bought frame. We went again to get it fixed. It took them 2 more days and instead of tighting it they broke the frame. Finally just glued it coz the technician broke it. Disappointing service.

Collection is too old. Items are overpriced. Same frame & lenses you can get on more reasonable prices from other optical shops. I had pathetic experience here. I won't recommend this shop for optical needs.

The quality of the frame is so poor that you can get better quality from street vendors. Worst service.

Don't visit this place ...they argue only to justify their fault.i ve bought 4 frames one by one but all were broken from ear side ...they have high prices frames of expiry collection ..the frames r of no life ...I mention expiry means old collection..go to other opticles

Purchased Anti cut blue ray with high price and purchased 3 frames for the same within 4 months Not a good place to buy anything
