I've visited Lenskart stores in cities like Delhi and Mumbai and always had a great experience with professional and helpful staff. Unfortunately, my experience at the Kashipur branch has been very disappointing. The staff here is unprofessional, confused, and lacks basic customer service skills and they don't even care. I’ve visited three times and left frustrated each time, despite purchasing a pair of shades.The store and products are great, but the staff’s behavior has made me decide not to return. Lenskart should train the staff on customer service and product knowledge. Assign better supervision or a responsible store manager and Introduce a customer feedback system to track and improve service.
