Lenskart.com at Mall Road, Nainital

Very bad experience. The staff makes false promises to deliver on time just to increase sale. Since most of them are tourists so they are cheating them nicely. I specifically informed that it is an urgent order and the staff ensured that i will receive the specs within 2-3 days. Everything is a false claim. Since the full payment is done beforehand so we are just left cheated. I had to go to other store to get the specs made. Now the store lady named Akansha is not even ready to accomodate. They just don't care. They simply said suddenly the frame is out of stock so we cant send before a week

Good expirence, but I think they lack variety of frames here in lenscart nainital. But the quality of their lenses is just top notch. Ms Akansha Chauhan was really very helpful .

I recently visited the Lenskart store, and it was an outstanding experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me through their vast collection of frames. The store is well-organized, with a modern design, making it easy to browse. The eye check-up was quick, accurate, and handled professionally using advanced equipment.

All staff members is very good but specially thank for Ms. Akansha her behavior is very good and she was listening to us and show all collection with full attention by smiling.

I really enjoyed coming to Lenskart Mall Road and the behaviour and helping nature of all the stuff here is also very good. I will visit next time and also recommend other people to come here.
