Dr. Rana is extremely professional he takes time to listen and time to explain. Dr rana is very polite with his patients. A first rate professional experience. all staff is very good and supportive. Dr. fees only 100 rupees. Highly recommend......

Dr. Rana is experienced and has decent knowledge. I took my mother there for her cataract operation, and even though the scheduled time was around 11AM, the operation didn't start until 3PM. Since my mother is a diabetic patient and we live nearby, I requested if we could go home and have lunch and come back within 20 to 30 minutes, but they didn't allow us. Eventually, the operation was successful and only took 20 minutes. However, I think they need to work on their management as their processes are not well-aligned and followed. The staff is helpful and quick, but I observed that sometimes they are rude to patients. The staff needs to understand that the majority of patients are from rural areas and are elderly, so they should be polite with them. Overall, I would say it's a good hospital for eye treatments, but it's always crowded, so the waiting time is significant.

Pathetic staff. I was kept waiting for 2 hrs while receptionist was sending other people in. I had to leave without consulting doctor. No procedure is being followed. They take fees in advance and then forget. I am surprised that how come doctor is not taking any action even after so many bad reviews.

Today I visit Rana Eye center Rishikesh for my father cataract operation. Dr.Rana is so polite, Humble and superb and no doubt for his work. 🙏 But I am very disappointment , that it was worse experience actually there is no time management,no appointment procedure patient were waiting for their turn from morning to eveing continue they all are sitting with out meal. please sir improve this mislinase.

I took my mother-in-law for cataract operation there, although the surgery was a success and was finished in 20mins but the waiting time started since morning 11AM, we had no clue when the surgery will happen or how much time it will take. they started the surgery in the evening at 5PM, so we waited the whole day for a 20min operation. I live nearby so if they would have told me the exact timing, I would have gone home,take rest, eat and came back. Doctor is good but management needs to improve.

Worst service ever. The staff (receptionist )is very rude and unprofessional. they do not know how to talk properly with patients.the management need improvement.
