Staff is too rude, specially an glasses corner girl is too rude and full of attitude, Dr. Naveen is watching phone when i go to his cabinet , as soon as i not even properly enter the room he tell me u havr to wear permanante glasse and tell me to go not even he check neither he see me nor apply any medicine work doctor staff is very bad and full of attitude . I recommeded to all of u who read this Do not go to naveen hospital instead go to Abhilasha hospital of roorkee.

My mom got her cataract surgery here. She wasn't able to see clearly at all.she had a treatment through Ayushmann card and now she's able to see crystal clearly. she was very happy to see this world after discharge from hospital. All the staff was very supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Naveen ji for giving my mom a new life . God bless you and your hospital😊

I took my wife to this eye doctor Monday 18th January 2021 as a small pimple like dot appeared near her eye. The timing posted by the doctor on his clinic door is from 10 am to 2 pm and thereafter from 4 pm to 6 pm for OPD patients (I do not remember correctly the timing posted). We reached the clinic at 9:45 am and took appointment by paying the consultation fee of Rs. 300. The doctor finally arrived at 10:45 am i.e. 45 minutes late at his clinic and upon examining my wife's eye said that the dot can be removed by small laser operation, but it can be done at 7 pm as now in the morning he only sees the OPD patients. He told me that the cost would be Rs. 2500, took Rs. 500 as advance. I asked him to fix the appointment at 7 pm to which he agreed. We again reached the clinic at 6:45 pm for the operation but upon reaching the clinic we saw many patients (around 20) waiting for doctor and the doctor was examining the OPD patients. We informed at the reception that we have appointment for operation at 7 pm. One of the doctors’ worker took balance Rs. 2000 from us and told us that doctors have patients, and the operation will be done at 7:15 pm and he asked us to sign a form stating that if something goes wrong there will be no responsibility of the doctor, which we signed as this is normal practice in India. At 7:15 pm I inquired from the same person who took money from me about the operation timing and this person very rudely replied that it will take another 1 hour as the doctor is still examining the OPD patients. When I objected, he shouted and said if you want the operation to be done wait otherwise get lost. I was so upset and angry as doctor is not following his timetable and due to greedy nature attending the OPD patients to get more money from them and asking us to wait. I observed that the doctor has purposefully planted such creepy workers to collect money from customers and thereafter misbehave with patiengs and ask them to wait. I objected and asked this cheap and chamcha like worker to return our money to which he replied that he will not return the money and if we want to leave, we can leave. Now this is the extreme point of greed and cheating. Thereafter I contacted the gentlemen sitting at reception who is a soft spoken and elderly person, who politely asked me to talk to the doctor. When I reached the doctor's cabin the same cheap and creepy person again stopped me at the door and started arguing with me and Dr. Naveen was listening all this argument from his cabin. Since this person was doing all this with clear orders from Dr. Naveen and upon seeing that situation is getting tense Dr. Naveen shouted from his cabin and said return his money and ask him to get lost. Upon listening such words from a Doctor, I and my wife felt very embarrassing and insulting. Finally, upon lots of arguments they returned my Rs. 2500 and I decided not to visit this Doctor’s clinic again in my life. This is very unfortunate that such kind of Doctors earn so much money from lots of patients and still try to cheat and fool the innocent poor people in India who do not have many options in small cities like Roorkee. I wish the government of India take note of this and make some strict rules to control such greedy Doctors who do not respect others time and their commitment but only care for earning more and more money. I wish we Indians get freedom from such greedy and cheats at the earliest. They also do not issue any invoice or bill for the money they take to avoid paying any tax etc. Such doctors are traitors of the nation. I request everyone to avoid visiting this doctor to teach him a lesson.

Worst experience with Dr Ritu Sharma. Highly not recommended. Doctor is not available on given schedule. Making false excuses to come back another time. Happened twice and the staff is not helpful at all asking to take my kid to some other doctor.. strictly a big NO to Dr Ritu Sharma. Not recommended at all.

Good place for eye check-up... also provide 66.6% discount on consultant fee for IIT ROORKEE students... Although, consultancy is available only in listed hours but medicine store attached with it(Pragya Medicos and Shree Opticals) works from 10AM To 08PM.

Good hospital for eye care and treatment..The doctor and staff is nice..The doctor and assistants are skilled enough..Good arrangement for sitting in waiting..Inside it is the medicine counter and they charge you at the MRP price..no discount is given..Also there is another counter from where u can buy glasses and frames..The receipt fee is Rs 250 that is valid for 7 days(as of 2017).
