We went to Lenskart for the first time and got good service there. The staff there was very good, attended to us well and helped my mother well. Our thanks to the female staff Miss Jyoti. She attended to us well and she was very nice. Her nature was good. She helped us a lot. We felt very good in the store.

Excellent experience! I took my mother to the centre for eye check-up and to get few pair of specs for her. the staff was really polite and helpful, took their time to explain everything to us, showcased frames according to our needs and suggested great offers, got 2 great frames for 2k with lenses. thumbs up!

My freind and I recently bought two opticals and in one optical there was fitting issue of the lenses instead of understanding they said it is all right there is no such issue. If the customer has spend 6000 rs for it and a problem arises its the duty of staff to provide help and support The staff and employees are not supportive at all. Instead the female employee lied as well that we have made the new frames. And we knew it is the same old frame. Why lie? It's disappointing. Completely dissatisfied by the service provided. For this poor service 0 stars and probably in minus should be option but there is no such option. And all the other reviews are not genuine by the way.🤭🤭 Jaago Grahak Jaago.🌸🌸

Best experience in store ..and the staff behavior is soo good and specially miss jyoti who guide me very perfectly and like her knowledge..i recommend to all the person come there and meet her she guided very patiently

I had gone to Lenskart's Kotdwar store, my glasses got broken. When I went there, I got very good service there and the best of all was Miss Jyoti who fixed my frames. I was very happy that I got a good ambiance in the store. Again thank you Miss Jyoti or repairing my frames.
