Very good service. The frame of my spec somehow broke, but they repaired that with ease within 3 days. I am pleased. Servicing is free here once you buy a spec from them. Staffs are very well behaved.

Amazing product and quality. Over the time I have purchased 12 frames with new lenses. I use them regularly and they are amazing. No issues so far. Just go for this company blindly, you wont regret it.

Worst experience ever.... bought a glass worth over Rs 6000 but the lens started coming out of the frame within a week. When we went to the shop for a replacement they refused and asked for extra money for it. I am never coming back again and would recomend others to avoid it as well. The staff will behave well intially at the time of purchasing but their products are not worth the money they are charging. I have received this same bad feedback from a lot of people who have purchased from vision optics. I am writing this review so that you can avoid the same hassle that we have been through.
