One thing I really appreciate about this branch is that they treat both online and in-store customers equally, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. I purchased a new pair of lenses and also claimed a warranty for my old ones. The process was handled efficiently, and I didn’t face any unnecessary delays. The staff guided me through every step, making sure I was satisfied with the service. However, there are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. First, the location is a bit far from GT Road, and since Hutton Road is always busy and congested, traveling by car can be quite difficult. Parking is also a challenge, so I’d recommend visiting by bike or on foot if possible. Additionally, while the store has a good collection of frames, I felt that the variety of extra-wide and oversized frames was somewhat limited. These frames are quite trendy and suit many face types, so having a wider selection would be great. Overall, my experience was positive, and I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent customer service!
