I’m absolutely shocked at the decline in service at the Lenskart store in Bandel. A year ago, I shopped here, and the staff's behavior was excellent. Since then, most of the original employees have changed, though a few remain from last year. Over the past year, I’ve visited this store 10-15 times, and each time, the service level has dropped even lower. Their only focus seems to be pushing expensive eyeglasses priced between ₹5000-₹7000. We’ve visited the store more than 20 times with various issues, and they have consistently failed to address our concerns. Their solution is always the same – throw away the frame and buy a new one. When we first shopped here, I bought a pair for myself, and my friend purchased two for our family members. Back then, the service was unbelievably good. After a year, it’s clear that this store is only about making money. For those unaware, Lenskart offers free service for any issues with your frames or glasses after purchase. But now, when I visited the store a month or two ago for an eyeglass issue, they outright denied helping me. Even something as basic as cleaning the glasses has become a frustrating experience – they hold the glasses so tightly it feels like they’re doing it intentionally to break them! And this isn’t just limited to the Bandel store – I’ve seen similar behavior across several Lenskart stores in West Bengal. It’s clear they’re only focused on business, with no care for customer service. There’s so much frustration and negativity in how they treat customers. Why? Are they so poor that ₹10,000 a month seems unattainable? Does Lenskart not pay them enough? Such a pee level behaiviour we dont expect from this illiterate store-keepers

The service was totally satisfactory......Neha ji the guider helped me to choose my perfect frame beautifully.....and the other staff were also gave their appropriate attention..... experience was amazing....I bought two glasses 🕶️🤓

The store is really awesome. Have wide range of variety on eyeglasses and sunglasses. The stuffs are very helpful to assist for choosing the right product. Also they have facility for free eye test
