Titan Eye+ at City Centre, Bankura

Visited the store to buy a watch for my mother. I bought a raga watch. I loved their collection. They also have the titan nebula collection. The spectacles collection is also very good. Mr. Sudip guided me very well all throughout. Very pleasant experience at the store.

The staff at this establishment exhibits exceptional proficiency. A wide array of watch collections is readily accessible, accompanied by an impressive selection of exquisite glassware.

I found this is the worst titan shop I visited, I went in the shop for twice for contact lens but the staff was on lunch and they asked that they will contact me in WhatsApp. But noone contacted and later I have to call them again then fews hours later someone contacted and told me they will send me all details by next day morning but it became afternoon noone contacted and they doesn’t care about the urgency not they care about the customer service, I have to visit the store several times for a small order. Worst customer service ever I got.

Quick, smart service. Better than City center Durgapur. Prefer this store.
