I am a old customer of Lenskart. So I have planned to place some new order. But Experienced a very bad situation at your BARANAGAR STORE. WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN BY SALES PERSON BY PHONE. AND Very RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM SALESMAN AFTER REACHING THE STORE

I have visited this lenskart store many times and they have always been very helpful with creating the most economical order for all of our needs - glass replacement, reusing old frame for new power, replacement frame. Even I called them when I was outstation to make an order for me and they helped patiently. Very diligent and efficient staff - highly recommend.

I visited this store recently. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Eye check-up is free here. So I would like to come back. Overall a great experience.

Worst After Sales Service is The Tobin Road Lenskart Store. I can see many Paid Reviews to upgrade the ratings. Customers who purchase from this store actually don't know about their after sales service. Their Spectacles Quality is the worst as compared to other stores. After 5-6months your spectacles gets deshape(not in shape). And The Service is Really pathetic, the worst of all stores is the Tobin Road Lenskart Store. After Buying they claim that they provide service but all those statements they claim are false and spectacles Quality is the Worst. Better to avoid and go back to some other stores. I will never ever buy from lenskart. Truly the Worst Service.
