Visited the Store personally on 24 Jan 2025 afternoon. (a) Lady Sales person is unprofessional. (b) Expressed her quick reluctance even on initial query. Expressed soft annoyance. (c) No facilities of any kind of EMI facilities (as inquired), is felt a sales /commercial drawback astonishingly in 2025.

The shop is no doubt very good, the behaviour of the seller is quite polite ,am very satisfied that there is so much stock but am not satisfied by the prices of the items....
Roy optical has been serving quality watches and eyewear in barrackpore since ages.. I recently ordered a casio gshock from them... Which was not in their stock... But they arranged it promtly! I am very satisfied!
