Lenskart.com at Barrackpur, Kolkata

My experience at the Lenskart Barrackpore branch was truly delightful. The staff members were exceedingly courteous, cooperative, and went above and beyond to extend their assistance, leaving a lasting impression of impeccable service.

The staff behaviour of this outlet is extraordinary. They are ready to help the customers and guide them with proper suggestions about their products. All of them are extremely knowledgeable regarding their products. I will definitely visit the store again and also recommend others to pay a visit to this outlet. Their collection of frames and other optical products are beyond question.

I came here to repair my frame, without hesitation a stuff came and provide a proper solution where I don't have to pay any single penny. They are well behaved and well decorated as well. Must visit!!!

One of the staff(lady with specs) in the lenskart masjid more store was very unprofessional....today we visited the store and searching for a sunglass but the lady was so arrogant that she only mentioned the price before showing any glasses.We being a lenskart member know the prices very well,my full family using specs from lenskart only.But it was very unpleasant how she judge the customer instead of doing her duty.This kind of behaviour is not expected from staff of this reputed company like Lenskart, please take this as a negative receiwe for the particular store near masjidmore.

Honestly speaking I had a great respect for Lenskart earlier. But recently my mother and my father encountered a very bad experience from the staff of Lenskart at Nona Chandan Pukur, Barasat road, Barrackpore. One thing I would like to tell you all that in every Spec store or Hospital minimum one person is allowed with the patient/customer. But today morning the STORE SUPERVISOR prevents my father to enter with my mother for the eye check up in the room of Lenskart and also there is a non co-operation from the Store Supervisor regarding disputed Frame and glass of my mother. My parents requested to the staff that to inspect all the problems regarding the disputed glass but they refused to listen to my parents. The prices are very high in Lenskart but the service is very poor. Sorry to say this but this is TRUE. I have requested to the Lenskart Authority to take the necessary step regarding this. I am not against of any staff of Lenskart but this kind of harassment we do not appreciate.

Visited the store to buy a sunglass but ended up buying a pair and some lenses. Also took the free eye checkup and align my old sunglass for free. All the staff members are very knowledgeable in their domain. Anirban da ana Papiya di helped me alot to choose the perfect pair for me. They also provide the best offer possible at the moment. Huge collection of glasses including latest series like Patriot and Hustlr. Totally recomend and must visit for anyone who are planning to buy/upgrade their glasses.
