the infrastructure is all good atleast better than barrackpore disha , well & good behaviour, professional crown handling also fast working. barrackpore disha takes more than 7 hours to complete all registration, operation & discharge but we give only 4 hours to this branch . overall good experience.

Total mismanagement at counter no 21. Person coming at first are called last and who comes last are called first. There is no first in first service. I requested them to look into it but as if they are not bothered at all. Waited for almost 4 hours to show the dr while I was the 2nd person in que. Now after observing this how can i have faith in treatment.

Cleanliness maintanence excellent and co-operative staffs (a few staff is insensitive towards patients at 2nd floor patient care area) . Recently my father was operated cataract there. Experience is overall good.

Went there for my mother's cataract surgery done by Dr. Arup Bhowmik. He is a very good doctor which is why we chose Disha Eye hospital Barrackpore. Apart from the doctor and cleanliness... nothing else was worth the visit as the staff behaviour, management and services were very poor. They didn't even have tissue paper to wipe the face after the surgery. In lunch they provided the most unhealthy food I have ever seen in a hospital which was packaged cake, sweet biscuit and packaged juice with high sugar content. This food cannot be considered as a proper lunch let alone a balanced diet for a patient. On confronting the staff...they said they provide normal food only for diabetic patients and rest receive this packet of high sugar diet. Very very disappointing

No, this is no Disha, Barrackpur ( Main Centre)...but Palta Disha is also well equipped and well maintained...they are systematic, helpful with available space and reputed eye-specialists. As the number of patients are relatively less...you can experience extra attention 😀... good thing, I hope. There is a cafeteria within the campus and a coffee shop at the entrance... enough ingredients to make your stay a nice one.

It was a great experience for my 6 year old and me. Just loved the pediatric ophthalmology section. It was very well decorated and kids would definitely love it! The treatment process was very smooth and Dr. Ipsita Basu is great with kids. I am glad I choose Disha for my kid's eye treatment.

Most of the staffs are ill mannered. Their behaviour resembles Govt sector employees. People should avoid such places. You pay from your own pocket and get humiliated and harrassed too...

This is Palta Disha 🏥 everyone known new Disha. One of the best eye hospital. Staffs behavior is good. Very well maintained. Mediclaim facility is available here. And car parking facility is also available.
