Took more than 2.5 hours to get a normal routine eye checkup done. Doesn’t care about other people’s time and effort. Literally have had to wait for ages. When asked why it is taking so much time, the receptionists have no answer.

Neha Eye Centre Optical sales man is very rude...and there behaviour is to much bad ...Don't buy this any glasses from this man.

Worst experience with the Dr Suparna Ghosh Power card suggested by her was different from LV Prasad which is best eye care institute in India; Worst behaviour; be aware before visiting her; take second opinion is the suggestion; Neha Eye Clinic's bill does not contain bill number and any GST number

Worst behaviour, don't know how to talk to somebody.

It did take a lot of time to get my check up done. But they give quite accurate readings. One check up takes almost 30 minutes or even longer. Plus, the security guard outside was very rude.

I went to neha eye center as because I was suffering from corneal abrasion and there was no other dr.available anywhere..I was not able to open my left eye due to excruciating pain. I waited for 3hrs as Dr was in OT and could only seee after that. Dr. Pradip Kumar Ghosh after 3hours checked me he was extremely unprofessional and rude in giving replies. He literally rubbed my left eyelid couple of times despite telling him it was paining. He gave me 701rs drops which did no work. By the evening my eyes swell more. I would never recommend neha. And would suggest the dr.to change his behaviour. He is a dr no one has given him rights to be rude and unprofessional with patients..My eye is far better now after I went to a diff dr.who was kind and professional enough to treat me correctly by prescribing correct medicine. Just by prescribing expensive medicine cannot guarantee recovery.

Worst experience, too much time taken to meet with doctor for a simple eye infection check up. Around 3 hours. I suggest if your time is precious than don't visit. Staff support service is also worst, lack of giving information.

My father was near to loss his vision permanently due to displace of lense , after 3 yeaes of katerraite operation, went 3-4 reputed hospitals, they all refused even though started to convince to see without spec with one eye. Doctor Ghosh is really outstanding , very much dedicated towards his duty , does not hesitate to take risk , because of it, now my father got back his vision. Nevertheless, doctors are not on time is one of the major negative sides & also common in 9 out of 10 hospitals/ clinic / Nursing home including OPD & IPD. Less talk & more work kind of attitude with simplicity , which is good & our main purpose, doctors must SERVED & they do that at their best level.
