Very good experience. I have been visiting here regularly since past 20 years or so and Dr. Biswajeet Mondol was one of the finest eye specialists in barrackpore. After him, now there are new doctors here but they are also very capable and treat patients with care and compassion. Prova is not a commercial minded eye clinic like others who force you to go for unnecessary operations procedures. I will visit for regular eye checkups in future.

Amazing services, the doctor mandal is very humble, experienced and efficient doctor. And the staffs are also very decent, helpful and well mannered. Best hospital for cataract. Don't visit this hospital ever and never show your eye to a fraud claiming as an retired person from army Dr Rajesh Kar greedy doctor I have ever seen and giving false information also this hospital does not have good staff they take mrp price of medicines no discount and never gives bill...cheap quality paper they use for prescriptions and not well equiped labs they give false power....just go at disha it is far better than this hospital

Worst eye clinic I ever visited,they put atropin drops 4to 5 times in my eyes to dialate my pupils,applied a type of paint in my eyes,extremely shoking & painful experience, though I didn't had any severe issues,just visited for my routine power check up, here the doctor diagnosed me glucoma,but afterwards I consulted many other senior renound doctors in other hospitals they said me completely perfect,, very much shocking incident

The treatments are quite good and fast. Although the staff behaviour is unprofessional, talking and giggling all the time within themselves and working as slowly as possible. Takes hours to give the final prescription and thus wasting the patient's time more than necessary.

Really very good in all respect. Dr. Biswajit Mondal is no doubt one of the best eye doctor in kolkata. I am very much impressed by his treatment. In case of any eye problem you just come here without any doubt.

I am Gargi das. The hospital is neat and clean but I entered into OT with positive energy and came back with negative energy.The whole O T time the doctor was mad at me.and was saying you are not cooperating though I knowI have to co-operate the doctor as the eyes are mine Iwas very upset during the operation due to his I'll behaviour.when the operation finished I asked him what problem did I make then he said no problem we used to say like this .i came back home after operation and couldn't sleep This is my life time experience.And one more thing .I asked them to give the paper of dos and don'ts but they gave it after the operation which I couldn't not read.so management is also very poor
