I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The staff's behavior was consistently poor, with a careless and unprofessional attitude throughout. I have visited many stores in the past, but never have I encountered such an unpleasant experience. One staff member, in particular, stood out for their rude behavior, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of basic customer service here is shocking. I hope the management takes notice and makes necessary improvements.

I am happy to get my spectacle with replace lens the whole process and service quite good . But the behaviour of the lenskart offline store workers not so good, they did not say all the offers and services, and they gave no attention and they are busy with their own gossips. Over all I am very happy and satisfied with my spectacle.

Didn't attend as well and being free telling that it will take time for troubleshooting besides of manager is sitting inside very bad experience ...

When I buy glasses for me or for my family, I come to this place. Variety - The variety of the store is slightly lesser as compared to Bangalore and other urban stores of Lenskart. However, if you compare it with other optical stores in Berhampore, the collection stands impressive. Customer support - Customer support is top notch. Both the optometrists, Soumi and Smarajit are exceptional when it comes to dealing with customers; both of them are very professional and very supportive. Even in case the orders are placed through online, they happily support the customer. While choosing frames as well as the lenses, one can rely on their recommendation. Pricing- Pricing of lenses and frames are uniform across pan India. While doing a sense check with other local stores , it's pretty economical. Location - Easy to locate. Edit 24082024 - Had a revisit to the store to repair nosepad. Subhash was professional and prompt to fix the issue. Highly appreciable service, once again.

Instead of assisting, they were busy gossiping amongst themselves, showing little interest in providing any service. It felt as if customers were an inconvenience to them. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a brand known for its customer service. This visit was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience. Lenskart should seriously address this issue and train their staff better.
