Lenskart.com at Shyamnagar, Bhatpara

Its a serious scam going on LensKart I bought John Jacob lens with aprox 8000/- rupees,after using 15 days normal use,Lens frame production/manufacturing damage appears,I first ignored it but later i went to lenskart shyamnagar and they told me its damaged intentionally but now i know during manufacture of the frame,it got damaged and they somehow cover it with something during sale of the product,I think sweat and outside air uncovered their fake coverings.Its a scam.They are looting money and selling damaged product.I bought many lens previously but this one having manufacture damage.I told them to replace the frame but they stay silent and saying the same thing,Its not covered.

The store in terms of cleanliness gets a decent score apart from that the employees really guide well. Things become really affordable if you have the gold max subscription but I got that in the form of a voucher from Phonepe so it cost rs. 49 only for a year. You don't immediately get glasses after purchasing they take almost half a week to deliver at the "store" to arrive and yea they do free power tests as well.

I got scammed in LensKart. Production damage found after using 20 days.During sale,They told me everything is covered as i have Gold membership.There is a round shape damage possible happened in production time but they somehow covered it with temporary materials...Just look at the damage.This kind of damage not happen usually.This is not a scratch ,totally production damage.May be outside heat uncovered the temporary materials. During sale ,staff behavior is so good but now they show their teeth.

Very good atmosphere and the staff behaviour is so nice. They help everyone to choose the proper lens and glasses. The collection of glasses are huge. There are free eye test .

They have a vast collection of eyeglasses . And the eye check up done very carefully and they will not charge you a single penny for this 😃.

Service is good. Employees are well behaved and well experienced. Store is very much prompt location. You cant miss. Suggestion positive feedback.
