Vivekananda Nethralaya is one of the oldest eye hospital in birbhum district since 2005. It is a good hospital for eye check up. On my survey many people had their cataract removed and Glaucoma surgery done at this place and generally have given positive reviews of their experiences. All the modern machines are available here for eye testing. This hospital provides free eye camp in rural areas and also performs free surgery. As an observer I would request to junior optometry students to come here for observationship and internship.

This is an eye hospital of great reputation with Outstanding service quality and care. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout my entire visit. The facility were clean and well maintained and doctors provided exception care. I highly recommend that it a very good hospital .you must come here and get your eye checkup. I learnt the optometry and recommend other optometry students.

Here, the behaviour of the doctor, staffs and sisters is very good, polite and very helpful.
