Very poor and unsocial behaviour from an elderly receptionist. They only try to take out more money. No online transaction so that the income remains black No proper billing also.

Awfully bad behaviour of the receptionist. Doesn't know how to talk to a patient party. I am totally disheartened with the way the receptionist has spoken with us. I instantly dropped my plan of visiting Dr pinaki nag, although I enlisted our names 8 days ago. Not recommended at all.

Third class experience, only motive is to sale package rather than solving the problem

Ground staff abuse is very bad. They don't know how to behave with patient party. The disease is not important to them, always asking for fees. They are just spoiling the name of the Diptakshi. Dr. Nag should take care of that.

Never buy the frame from the counter

A well decorated and organized eye clinic, may take a bit of time due to preexamination procedures
