Very unprofessional service. Long waiting hours for general eye checkup despite appointment. I do not understand what is the point of time slots during appointment when we have to wait so long. Service same as Disha eye hospital. No air conditioning in the hospital. Patient need to wait for consultation in warm halls (Floor 1 & 2). Like govt hospitals.

Situated in a very cool place , just beside the river bank of Ganges (Hooghly river) . Though it is quite far away from the Chinsurah railway station (4.1km) , it's a nice eye hospital . They take some extra time compared to other eye hospitals , that's a negative point , but the treatment here is good . Staff behaviour is also nice .
Extremely expensive for insufficient or no service almost. They instruct to pay entire payment before even patients get admitted. Party has to do everything from outside like a Government hospital but charge for all services. Eye operation package amount is more than double compared to others. No one responded while calling mediclaim section. No support & behaviour problems. Had worst experience.
it is located beside the old launch ghat of ganga..good place and the behaviour of their staff and doctor is good..you should go there on time.facilities and everything is good.they have a charity branch for needy people.overall , i had a great experience.
