I had a fantastic experience at Lenskart Contai recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me in choosing the perfect pair of glasses. I also took advantage of the free eye test, which was both quick and efficient.

Most third class store . I am going for a glass, sales person looking to road , i asked him to show me glass two times,after that he told me to wait.after that i asked him softly how much.Then he told me with full arogant if ur busy go to another shop. The sales team doesn't know how to behave. Himalaya optical of contai is much better than this.

I am a customer of Lenskart, I am using the specs for almost last one year, and very satisfied with the specs. But last week somehow I broke the handle of my spec and visited the shop to repair it, they refused to repair it and asked me to buy a new frame, they said the handle can't be repaired, then I visited a local spec shop and repaired my spec. Such a pathetic experience!!!

I had gone to fix my frame as it was slightly loose... But It has become worse than before😔. The frame is not capable to wear properly. No compensation was given. Highly disappointed.

This is my third purchase from lenskart, but in this particular shop I had a terrible experience with Lenskart's customer service. Few of executive are so arrogant, they even don't know how to handle all type of customers, but when time to give review they snatch your phon to give postive review. so I rewrite this review.
