সব কিছুই আপাতত ঠিক আছে, তবে আমার একটা কমপ্লেইন আছে এনাদের নাম ডাকার পদ্ধতি নিয়ে। এনাদের ওয়েটিং রুম ভরে গেলে, রোগীরা বাইরে বসেন। কিন্তু সেখানে নাম ডাকার কোনো ব্যবস্থা নেই। ভিতরে যিনি নাম ডাকেন তার আওয়াজ বাইরে অব্দি যায় না।
